Editorial Room of Georgia Straight

The Georgia Straight has room for bikes, and it offers employees showers, yoga classes, etc.

My friend Charlie Smith, General Editor of Georgia Straight. His wife is East Indian, and he can speak Cantonese quite well! He’ll MC my Dominelli Carnevale 2008 on May 30th in a suit….. along with Siama Naz, Host of Chai Time on Channel M.

Lobby, this venue has 700 free parking spots.

Main Ballroom space - fits up to 500 guests, has 3 flat screen TV, full theatre stage, along with a small green room that can fit 10 people. 3 lights.

Why: Now that you’ve got a blog, why toil in obscurity? Whether your goal is global media domination, raising your professional profile, or just getting your voice heard, this course will teach you techniques of effective and appropriate blog promotion. Each course is strictly limited to no more than 8 students, and covers blog basics like:
- what a blog can and can’t do for you, professional vs personal profiles and promotion, community netiquette and joining the blogosphere at large, what to say when you have nothing to say/what to say when you have far too much to say, and more!
